GÉANT’s highest governing body is the General Assembly (GA), in which representatives of member organisations meet at least twice per year.
The GA elects members to the Board of Directors (BoD), which manages and administers the organisation. Day-to-day operations are carried out by the association’s staff, based in Amsterdam and Cambridge, under the governance of the CEO and managers.
